Procurement and completion of a themed playground within Gustavsberg harbor. Expansion of walking and cycling paths. The role requires a strong ability to create collaboration and maintain good relationships with both external actors and within the organization. In addition to technical skills that are important for the role, you need to act outwardly, selflessly, and have a development-oriented approach.

You are perceived as a stable person, you listen, and you have the ability to quickly adjust if new information arises. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have the will and ability to contribute to a good working environment.

The unit's mission is also to gradually improve the municipality's walking and cycling paths, roads, squares, and other public spaces, as well as to renew and build new community properties. The unit procures the framework agreements needed for the assignments, such as project planning and contracts, and ensures a good handover of the constructed properties to the municipality's operations and management organization. A natural part of our work is to provide decision support, administrative decisions, communicate with residents during construction, and report to elected officials about the various constructions.
